About the Program

The MA in Energy Management programme is aimed at teaching rational use of energy based on energy conservation and efficiency. The course addresses energy efficiency, energy certification and building energy efficiency in private and industrial sectors. It covers rational energy use, energy production based on renewable energy sources, integrated storage systems, and home automation for energy saving. The programme trains students to work in the energy industry, manage existing energy resources, and implement new highly efficient energy systems. Graduates will be able to advise on small plants for renewable energy production, propose solutions to improve energy efficiency in buildings, create energy certificates, and qualify for freelance work in energy-efficient buildings and energy-related refurbishments. The programme is delivered 100% on-campus with additional access to course materials via the UNINETTUNO platform. The degree awards 90 European University Credits (ECTS) and consists of three terms (10 weeks each) plus a dissertation term (12 weeks).
