About the Program

In this course, we explore how existing and future mobility solutions fit into the overall urban mobility landscape, what the opportunities and challenges are and how policies and operations work together. The main outcome will look at the emerging trends that could influence the student's personal user experience. At the end of this short course, the students will have foundational knowledge of user experience to apply in their own mobility patterns. The students will also understand the historical context of traffic engineering and deduce why the user experience approach is relevant for sustainable mobility planning.
