About the Program

This is a double master's programme offered as a German-Slovenian cooperation between the University of Passau and the University of Ljubljana. Students can earn two degrees in four semesters: M.A. Governance and Public Policy from Passau and either a master's degree in International Relations or European Studies from Ljubljana. Students spend their first year at the University of Passau and the third and optional fourth semester at the University of Ljubljana. The master's thesis is written in the fourth semester, with supervision options either at the home university or jointly by both universities.
