About the Program

Due to the global interdependencies in the business world as well as the major digital, ecological and ethical challenges of our time, new competencies for future specialists and managers are gaining in importance. In this master's program, students learn to deal with these challenges in a forward-looking way, to deal with complex problems professionally and innovatively, and to implement solutions responsibly and sustainably. Students learn to work in and lead linguistically and culturally mixed teams. The program is modular in structure with a standard duration of 3 or 4 semesters, totaling 90 ECTS credits. It includes compulsory modules focusing on Business Management and International Business, plus elective modules for specialization according to personal interests.
