About the Program

The Interdisciplinary Bachelor's Degree Programme gives students the possibility to combine two subjects. The first subject is studied in greater depth than the second subject, and the Bachelor's thesis must be written in the first subject. Students can choose from subjects including Biology, Catholic Theology, Chemistry, Computer Science, English Studies, Geography, German Studies, History, Mathematics, Music, Philosophy, Physics, Political Science, Protestant Theology, Performing Arts, Study of Religion, Spanish Studies, and Sports. The program includes two periods of practical training: students with a teaching focus complete a non-school-based internship and a school internship (both four weeks), while students with a non-school-based focus complete an eight-week non-school-based internship.
