The Master's program Intercultural Business Psychology is an interdisciplinary program conducted in English that aims to understand international interrelations in practice and develop intercultural understanding in the business world. The program offers two main fields of study: 1) Work and Organizational Psychology (covering leadership, human resources, team development, work motivation, organizational theory, and change management) and 2) Market and Consumer Psychology (focusing on service research and management, business relationships, psychology of product placement, innovation, price, sales and advertising psychology, psychology of demand and purchase decisions). The program is offered as a full-time option with 3 semesters or as a part-time option with 6 semesters. Graduates are able to independently analyze and control human experience and behavior in economic contexts in different cultures, with a focus on in-depth methods of business psychology enabling an evidence-based approach.
