About the Program

The degree programme enables students to take on intercultural tasks in business. Students acquire basic business knowledge and a theoretically sound understanding of the problems and opportunities of intercultural behaviour in an international business context. The program covers cultural, behavioural and Communication Science theories of intercultural action, methods of intercultural project planning in business (organization, personnel and marketing), everyday and business cultural developments regarding a freely selectable cultural area, intercultural team support strategies, teamwork in multilingual intercultural contexts, and theories and methods from business management sub-areas of international management, business decision analysis, marketing, production, human resources/organisation.
