About the Program

Internationalization has radically changed business and industry. In order to operate on the global market, companies need highly trained specialists: employees with enormous expertise, good language skills and intercultural competencies. This degree program is interdisciplinary. You will learn more about technological developments, business and economic contexts, and the importance of cultural factors in international business. You will learn how to link these different aspects with a holistic perspective to grasp processes and structures in their entirety. The program promotes social competence, willingness to cooperate and communication skills to enable working successfully in international teams and taking on management tasks. The master's program is open to graduates with interdisciplinary bachelor's degrees with technological and economic components (such as Industrial Engineering or International Technology Management), as well as those with business or technical degrees.
