Graduates are qualified to design, implement and evaluate demand-oriented, forward-looking and integrative concepts for managing health and diversity in companies. The degree programme imparts knowledge and skills in areas such as organizational development, digitalisation, labour law, project management, organizational consulting, staff/personnel development, diversity perspectives, and research skills. The part-time course is offered in a blended learning format with both on-site events and e-learning units, requiring 22-29 hours per week of study time.
