About the Program

Classical Philology (Greek Studies) at the KU is offered in cooperation with the University of Bamberg. The first phase of the course, up to Bachelor's level, is taught at the KU. After that, students of the subject transfer to Bamberg. The course includes the scientific study of Ancient Greek and Roman literature, Greek linguistics, Didactics of the Greek language, Historical and cultural aspects of Ancient Greece and Rome, and History of Antiquity in European cultures.
