About the Program

The Master's program Global Research in Sustainable Engineering focuses on application-oriented research and development of innovative products and processes in an international environment. It is primarily aimed at prospective students who see their future professional focus in the field of practice-oriented research. The program offers the possibility of a subsequent doctorate and creates the basis for later management responsibility. The study program is closely linked to a research project and is accompanied by in-depth courses tailored to the respective project. Students are supervised by a professor from OTH Amberg-Weiden and a professor from one of the international partners. Students spend at least 1 semester at OTH Amberg-Weiden and at least 1 semester at one of the partner universities. The program provides theoretical, methodological and communicative competences necessary for scientific and practical activity in research and development in an international environment.
