Sustainable development is one of the most important and complex challenges of our time. The Master's degree program in 'Geography: Education for Sustainable Development' supports students in developing sustainability skills and provides the knowledge needed to shape educational processes connected to ESD as multipliers. The program combines knowledge and methods from Geography, Biology, Tourism, Economics, Sociology, Religious education, Education, Political Science, Didactics, Social Work and Ethics. The degree program can be completed in full-time (four semesters) or part-time (eight semesters) and includes theoretical coursework, project seminars, field trips, and an eight-week internship that can also be completed abroad.
