General Management Essentials: The key qualifications of tomorrow Here you lay the foundation for your management career. Three pillars impart a balanced mix of fundamental and state-of-the-art management knowledge: Management Fundamentals, Leadership & Reflection, and Entrepreneurship & Disruption. 3. General Management Electives: Tailored to your needs The general management electives revolve entirely around your individual career goals and your personal growth: Strategic Management, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Innovative Business, Decision Making, Competitiveness & Value Chains, Leadership, Advanced General Management 4.
