About the Program

Strategies for innovation and transformation are developed for decision-making from the company level to international political agenda setting. Throughout the study programme, with help of scientific discussions, political debates, insights on policy, business and forest practices up to the student's own transformation project, the students become familiar with tools, methods and strategies to promote innovations in the forestry sector from new wood products to political transformation processes. The programme consists of four semesters. A total of 30 ECTS shall be completed each semester, consisting of mandatory and a selection of elective modules. This results in a total of 120 ECTS for the master's programme FST.
