About the Program

The Master's degree program in Organic Agriculture gives graduates access to a wide range of career opportunities: The fields of activity range from agriculture to nature and environmental protection, food processing, trade, food inspection and certification, bio-energy production and the construction of machines and equipment. Holders of a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or a related subject pave their way into professional practice or, by qualifying for a doctorate, into academia. In addition to methodological modules, students can develop their own individual study profile from a wide range of courses in the fields of soil, crop, livestock, economic, social, environmental and food sciences and technology. The focus is on acquiring skills that enable students to take on management tasks in a wide range of professions and in the agricultural sector.
