About the Program

FACT stands for Financial Accounting, Controlling & Taxation. In addition to scientific knowledge and methods, the FACT master's degree also imparts practical skills that are required for work in the areas of accounting and taxes. The qualification goal is not only the acquisition of extensive specialist knowledge from the areas of accounting and finance, but also to raise awareness of the effects of changes in society and the environment that affect future corporate developments and the regulatory environment such as digitization and corporate social responsibility. Students have the opportunity to apply the knowledge acquired during their studies in dealing with practical questions in various business games and case studies, which are regularly offered together with well-known practice partners. In addition, DATEV and SAP knowledge are imparted, which are necessary for a successful start in practice.
