About the Program

Highly interdisciplinary and application-oriented, the Master Programme in Electrical Systems enables students to conceptualize, develop and overview complex electro-technological systems. Working in small groups, students become experts in electrical systems engineering by mastering a variety of elective modules, complemented by compulsory modules where students gain in-depth knowledge on the foundations of the field. Equipped with a unique and interdisciplinary expertise, mostly working in the area of research and development of complex electronic systems, graduates are greatly qualified to respond to the latest technical challenges and societal issues such as the future of energy supply, autonomous and automated systems, automation and digitalisation of industrial processes.
