About the Program

In the Bachelor's degree program in Education, you will learn about the contexts and conditions of the educational process in the context of culture, organization and society and about how research is conducted into education. You will identify and reflect on the possibilities and limitations of educational practice with a view to developing learners' and professional educators' ability to speak, think, imagine utopias, and take criticism. The degree program is based on a critical understanding of education and educational science that is sensitive to diversity, which makes dealing with difference, the question of conditions and possibilities of transcending the social status quo, the production of subjectivity and the empowerment of learners (in their relational involvement with the world) the decisive reference points of university teaching.
