About the Program

The Economics (Wirtschaft und Gesellschaft) program focuses on addressing important economic and social questions. It promotes independent, analytical and critical thinking, enabling students to answer pressing economic and social questions of our time. The program has a strong economic policy focus and combines economics with supplementary options in business administration and social sciences. The core economics subjects are covered in the 1st-4th semesters, while the 5th and 6th semesters offer economics seminars and specialization options. From the 2nd semester onwards, students can specialize by choosing from business management and social sciences options.
