About the Program

This course 'The Inner Expedition - Self-perception as a Source for Authentic Creation' explores how conscious perception and reflection bring forth intuition, inspiration, and clarity. Instead of focusing on perfection and optimization, it's about discovering one's own soul, the soul in people, work, and the world - and about resonance between inner and outer worlds. In a time full of external stimuli, this workshop opens a space for returning to the essentials: quiet exercises, sensory experiences, and exchange lead from inside to outside and outside to inside, allowing artistic creation to become authentic and vibrant. Through experimental techniques in individual and group contexts, we deepen our understanding of beauty, attraction, dualisms, and relevance - from the connection to ourselves out into the world. The workshop is led by Eva Haberl and Annemarie Keizers who combine years of experience as successful designers and creative directors with training in healing and psychospiritual disciplines.
