About the Program

The Master's program in German and International Economic Law is aimed at Russian-speaking students and provides them with specialized knowledge in German and international business law. During the third semester, when students are back at their home university, instruction takes place in the form of e-learning. The curriculum includes mandatory modules covering topics such as contract law, economic law, international economic law, German language, constitutional law, business transactions, property law, labor law, intellectual property law, antitrust law, and administrative law, as well as elective modules in areas like legal philosophy, consumer protection, corporate governance, and international private law.
