This program explores the relationship between individual and society, intercultural communication and competence, social/cultural/political change, and socio-scientific research methods. It provides perspectives and explanations from sociology, political science, social psychology, and social anthropology. Students gain a differentiated view of societal processes and changes by analyzing macro, meso, and individual levels. The program offers specialization in social and cultural psychology, migration and cultural change, social and cultural anthropology, and urban and regional development. It's unique because students can study and apply sociology, political science, cultural psychology and social anthropology in a joint perspective combined with a second subject.
