The Master's in Culture and Transformation Management qualifies you to shape these change processes. You will learn how to strategically plan transformations, manage cultural projects and lead people through change. The degree program combines three areas of expertise: Transformation and management (change management, sustainable corporate design, leadership and legal aspects), Culture and cultural management (management of the cultural sector, cultural policy, aesthetics and current art and cultural formats), and Interdisciplinary skills (Empirical social research, social psychology, personal development and resilience). A special focus is on the use of artificial intelligence in transformation projects. Media and communication management and the development of business plans complete your profile.
