About the Program

The Masters Programme in Construction Law and Construction Management combines the areas of construction law, construction economics and structural engineering tailored to management practice. The program addresses the increasing complexity of construction projects that poses ever-higher demands on all stakeholders in the construction industry. It provides executives with both technical expertise and management skills, including the ability to assess the distribution of risks in construction contracts under civil law, as well as skills in change and contract management. The course is offered in two variants (60 CP or 90 CP), with the 60-CP variant extended to 2 years of study and the 90-CP variant to 3 years of study. The 90-CP variant includes all modules from the 60-CP variant plus 6 additional modules, allowing students to gain deeper command of the content and its practical application to complex situations.
