About the Program

Clinical studies are a central building block for the further development and improvement of the healthcare system. This degree programme provides students with the skills and knowledge needed to plan and organise clinical studies and to ensure that they are conducted properly and in accordance with the rules. It also lays the scientific foundation for advising those involved in the study process and for mediating in interdisciplinary and interprofessional teams. Key features include: hybrid format combining online and in-person teaching, excellent development prospects in all areas of clinical research, practice-relevant content, and compulsory attendance only for exams (approx. 2-3 days per semester). The course combines knowledge for administrative and organisational handling of clinical studies with scientific background in areas such as clinical research, quality management, data collection/analysis, health economics, project management, research methods, and anatomy and physiology. The program is offered in part-time, work-compatible format.
