About the Program

Diversity Management is a nine-month, part-time continuing education program. The program enables participants to identify diversity needs and opportunities in their own organizations and develop transformative strategies for further development. The program is aimed at employees of companies and those involved in other organizations who want to advance and anchor the topic of diversity in their institutions. For example: HR managers, CSR, diversity and inclusion managers. The program was developed to promote the recognition and appreciation of diversity in the working world and to promote diversity competence in companies. The program offers professional input from experienced HfGG lecturers and external experts, with interactive teaching formats and practice-oriented work units. Participants develop measures and strategies that can be directly applied to their own organizations.
