Business Psychology

Master of Science (M.Sc.)

About the Program

Should growth issues or a crisis prompt a company to reorganize itself, the effects will be apparent not only in a business-economic sense, but also across the structure of the entire organisation, including amongst its staff – and thus in psychological terms as well. This calls for experts with a critical, integrated view, who are able to apply strategic insights at the correct interfaces, to ensure the company's new trajectory succeeds. An interdisciplinary Business Psychology Master's degree course combines insights from psychology with business sciences issues. It conveys in-depth scientific and practice-oriented skills and knowledge of the concepts, methods and techniques employed within business psychology. Graduates are thus qualified to fulfil managerial tasks, responsible functions within economics organisations, within the economy or at research facilities.
