The degree program, which started in the winter semester 2020/21, includes both the necessary knowledge from the field of business as well as extensive knowledge from the field of psychology and brings both together to form an overall perspective. The program, with a standard study period of seven semesters including a practical semester, is particularly characterized by the combination of sound economic, psychological and methodological fundamentals with many practice-oriented modules on fields relevant to application.
