About the Program

The Master's degree programme Business Law in an International Context seeks to attract students looking to acquire theoretical and practice-based expertise in German, European and international Business Law. Students will build on a foundation of Business Law, extending their understanding of the transnational legal context and company decision-making practice. The course combines an academic approach to questions of Business Law with a close understanding of its practical context and the soft skills required for working in an international commercial environment. Selected students with the specialisation Finance can be entered in the double degree programme with ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences.

The Master's degree programme Business Law in an International Context seeks to attract students looking to acquire theoretical and practice-based expertise in German, European and international Business Law. Students will build on a foundation of Business Law, extending their understanding of the transnational legal context and company decision-making practice. The course combines an academic approach to questions of Business Law with a close understanding of its practical context and the soft skills required for working in an international commercial environment. Application Requirements

* Gerekli minimum derece: En az 210 kredi puanına sahip bir lisans hukuk derecesi (Bachelor veya Alman Diploma derecesi) veya Hukukta ilk Devlet Sınavı ya da akredite bir üniversiteden alınmış karşılaştırılabilir bir yeterlilik
* Akademik gereksinimler: BGB, Borçlar Hukuku, Mülkiyet Hukuku, İş Hukuku, Şirketler Hukuku, Anayasa Hukuku (veya eşdeğer konular) alanında lisans derslerini tamamladığına dair kanıt
* 180 krediye sahip başvuru sahiplerinin, örneğin üçüncü yarıyılda bir staj tamamlayarak ek 30 kredi almaları gerekecektir – bu durumda program dört yarıyıl sürecektir
