About the Program

Whether in companies or public administration: Information systems control almost all processes and communication procedures today. As a Business Information Systems specialist, you actively shape these systems – both technically and from a business perspective. In this degree programme, you'll combine computer science and business administration. You'll learn how to develop software, work with databases, ensure IT security – while simultaneously analyzing business processes, designing digital business processes, and managing projects. The aim of this programme is to equip you with the skills to develop and design business information systems – from both a technical and an economic perspective. You will learn how such systems are planned, implemented, and further developed – and will ultimately be able to actively participate in all phases. In doing so, you will not only acquire sound IT and business administration knowledge, but also hone your teamwork and project management skills – abilities that are highly sought after in practice.
