Business Informatics

Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)

About the Program

Business Informatics builds on the findings of informatics and links them to the requirements of the economy, in particular business administration. It is therefore a classic interdisciplinary field. During the bachelor study programme Business Informatics you will primarily learn about information and communication systems that are used to support business processes and decision making in organisations as well as public administration. While informatics looks at the development and programming of these systems, business informatics examines, for example, how these systems should be designed in order to meet the requirements of the different users in the everyday business world.
