About the Program

We combine business administration and computer science to give you the tools you need to be an active part of digital transformation processes. Business Informatics helps to position companies and businesses so that their processes are efficient and so that they use artificial intelligence, data and software smartly. It enables them to develop products and services that have a specific use for their customers. This degree programme will equip you with everything you need to tackle one of the main tasks of the future: the digital transformation. You will learn to think IT engineering, implementation, and business administration as one. The first two semesters focus on basics like programming languages, networks and the digital economy. The third and fourth semesters focus on data management, big data, data science and database systems. The fifth semester covers artificial intelligence and software projects. The sixth semester includes a three-month internship and the bachelor's thesis.
