The master's program in Business Ethics and Responsible Management covers content from the entire fields of economics and social sciences as well as philosophy. It includes topics, subject areas and methods on management theory, business ethics as well as corporate social responsibility and, in addition, cross-sectional competencies from the humanities and social sciences, especially in the area of empirical research methods. Companies must increasingly practice corporate social responsibility and successful ethical management in order to achieve sustainable economic success. The program is divided into twelve compulsory modules and six compulsory elective modules, which allow students to choose their focus. The courses are concentrated in the first three semesters, with the fourth semester dedicated to writing the master's thesis.
