About the Program

The four-semester, primarily research-oriented Business Administration master's program imparts in-depth knowledge in the major topics of "Accounting and Finance," "Market-Oriented Management" or "Digitalization, Entrepreneurship and Innovation". The master's program is characterized by clearly structured choices which give students the opportunity to develop a customized profile. A stay abroad is possible particularly in the third semester. Sociology and Cultural Studies modules and the transfer of key qualifications in a special soft skills module round out the program in interdisciplinary fashion. The program is characterized by an intimate study atmosphere and excellent advisement relations. Major topics can be in the fields of "Accounting and Finance," "Market-Oriented Management" and "Innovation and Information". A career as a specialist or manager in the field of business is open to successful graduates. Graduates can work at auditing and consulting companies, on the management level of financial service providers and banks, at logistics service providers and market research institutes, in the research, innovation and development departments of large companies, in the marketing industry or in controlling.
