About the Program

Point of care diagnostics, telemedicine and personalized pharmaceuticals: in the next few years, biomedical and medical technology companies will be confronted with enormous challenges. Biomedicine and medical engineering are large future markets for companies in Germany. The study path includes medical technology topics, such as biosignal acquisition, pathogenesis, implants and telemedicine, an introduction to health economics but also risk and product management, advanced strategic management for biomedicine, marketing communication and strategic IP management. The spectrum of contents ranges from biomedicine to management and marketing. The combination of technology and communication, natural and management sciences offers a highly diversified course of studies and broad-based knowledge with the possibility to further deepen this expertise in the master thesis on a special topic.
