About the Program

The doctoral studies programme qualifies for scientific work in the areas of biodiversity and ecology in university and non-university research institutes. It leads to a Ph.D. or a doctorate. The central object of the doctoral studies programme is the production of a dissertation. Additionally, an average of 3 credits must be earned each semester in interdisciplinary or subject-related activities (courses, colloquiums, etc.); 3 of these credits must be earned each year by the completion of interdisciplinary activities held in English.
