About the Program

The M.Sc. in Business Administration is a research and method-oriented degree program offering a comprehensive range of electives in the field of business administration and its sub-disciplines. It enables students to develop an in-depth understanding of business and to develop excellent analytical and methodological skills to become leaders in a data-based world. Students have the choice of two of the following four specializations: Business Analytics; Finance, Banking, and Insurance; Marketing; and Operations and Supply Chain Management. Students who speak German also have the choice of three further specializations: Auditing and Taxation, Health Care Management, and Management. Students develop a unique profile through their choice of methodology courses, specializations, electives, and thesis. During their studies, most students further strengthen this profile by working in business or completing internships. To be awarded the degree, students need to successfully complete 120 ECTS (European credit points). Students complete modules in methods (18 ECTS), two specializations (24 ECTS in each), electives (24 ECTS), and a thesis (30 ECTS).
