About the Program

Experience Life and Language in Germany! Our intensive language courses are perfect for anyone aiming to study at German-speaking universities, work in Germany in qualified jobs or needing German for their job at home. These communication-focused classes go beyond teaching grammar and written language; they also help you converse fluently. You'll expand your vocabulary, improve your pronunciation, and enhance your writing and speaking skills. From the very first lesson, you'll be immersed in German, hearing and speaking only this language. Courses consist of approximately 100 lessons and self-study exercises (one lesson = 45 minutes). At the end of each course, you will be either awarded an IIK Certificate describing your German language proficiency in terms of the Common European Framework (A1 to C1) or you will receive a certificate of attendance. The course includes numerous free additional services depending on your focus. These include campus tours and on-site venues at Wildau University of Applied Science, company and other visits for professionals, study and job counselling as well as individual language learning support such as homework assistance, conversation groups, individual self-learning options. Naturally, we train all skills in our courses – with a curriculum designed to prepare you for university entrance exams like TestDaF, DSH, and telc C1 Hochschule. We emphasise communication and a solid foundation in grammar, which will be beneficial in any highly qualified job. Enjoy the latest classroom technology with virtual classrooms, interactive whiteboards, and fast, free Wi-Fi for all students – the internet and the world (and your family and friends) are at your fingertips both in and out of class.
