About the Program

This is a part-time Master's program in Construction Law and Supervision that covers the entire process from project development to dispute resolution. The program addresses the complexity of construction projects and the inevitable disruptions in processes. It provides knowledge about the legal foundations of project development and successful construction supervision. Students are enabled to work in an advisory and supervisory capacity in the entire field of construction law, including plant engineering. The program strengthens not only legal competence but also incorporates relevant disciplines for project development, promoting the ability to solve complex tasks in a comprehensive and interdisciplinary manner. It focuses on areas where traditional construction law is insufficient: planning, supplements, and dispute resolution. This is the first part-time Master's program in private construction law in Germany with a Master of Laws degree, based on a highly successful additional qualification in private construction law.
