The program focuses on personnel psychology and consulting skills, with special emphasis on occupational psychological application skills in the area of occupational health management. The intensive further development of methodological skills in the field of quantitative methods and the scientific engagement with current literature in the field of stress, team and leadership research are further features of the program.
