About the Program

The Applied Materials Science master's degree programme has been jointly developed and is delivered by professors from the Faculty of Applied Chemistry (AC), the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Precision Engineering, Information Technology (efi), the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Building Services Engineering (MB/VS), and the Faculty of Materials Engineering (WT) at Nuremberg Tech. Following a foundation semester, the students select one of the three specializations (non-metallic inorganic materials, polymer materials, metallic materials). The program has been established since 2009.
