About the Program

As a state degree programme, Werbung und Marktkommunikation offers a combination of disciplines that are oriented towards the working practice of the communications industry and reflect it scientifically. Students are thus optimally prepared for the diverse professional fields. The degree programme teaches the conception of communication and advertising content. Strategic, economic, social science, content and design elements are covered. The foundation programme provides basic knowledge in the areas of market communication, social sciences, media and communication, business, design and production. Students learn scientific methods and acquire social skills. Conception and strategy, integrated market communication, online communication as well as communication and social sciences are the focus of the main study programme. In addition to theoretical and interdisciplinary knowledge, there is a valuable practical element through the practical semester, project work, guest lectures and excursions.
