The Advanced and Computational Mathematics Master's programme trains individuals to unlock their full potential, enabling groundbreaking achievements in both academic and practical working fields. Students prepare for an impactful career by mastering the mathematics that drives innovation in today's tech-driven world. The programme starts with a solid foundation in advanced mathematics. In the second semester, students gain expertise in one of three fields of specialisation: Advanced Pure Mathematics Computational Mathematics Data Sciences Additionally, students will participate in a seminar and complete their studies with a Master's thesis in their specialisation. Moreover, they will have the opportunity to learn languages, including mandatory German courses. Outstanding achievers may also qualify for the PhD programme in the Faculty of Mathematics, paving the way for careers in scientific research and academia.
