#What Your Admission Letter Must Contain

• University letterhead + logo
• Your full name + date of birth
• Full name of the admitted program
• Start date (Wintersemester or Sommersemester)
• Duration (usually 4 semesters)
• Signature of a university official

#If Documents are Missing or Provisional

If you received a "Provisional Acceptance" and are awaiting the official Zulassung:

1. Send proof of completing your language certificate to the university
2. Wait for the official Zulassung (usually 2-4 weeks)
3. Apply with the official document — don't risk it with a provisional one

Once you receive your Master's admission letter, book your visa appointment 3-4 months in advance. Consulate appointment waiting times can be 4-6 months during peak season.
