About the Program

The International Bachelor of Wood Technology degree programme at the Rosenheim Campus is aimed specifically at young people from outside Germany who have a limited knowledge of German and who are interested in wood as a sustainable material. The programme offers a comprehensive and solid university engineering education in the field of wood technology, including wood material science, economics of the wood industry, wood production and technologies. Sustainability and the circular economy are also important aspects of the studies. The first three semesters cover the fundamental engineering studies, as well as specific courses in wood and wood-based materials. The sixth semester is reserved for a practical semester/internship.
