About the Program

Digitalisation and agile transformation are shortening innovation cycles and require a new generation of managers and executives. They must understand the challenges of digitalisation and agility and be able to deal with the complexity of social, economic and technical systems. Such systems can be, for example, social groups, markets, products, companies or technical systems. This degree programme enables you to manage projects and related line organisations in agile and traditional environments, lead employees, make strategic decisions and analyse and evaluate systems. The degree programme builds on the 4 subject areas of Systems Management, Project Management, Leadership and Economics. In the 4th or 5th semester, the Master's thesis is written over a period of 8 months.
