About the Program

The continuing education Master of Advanced Studies (MAS) in Sustainable Real Estate at the Technical University of Munich (TUM) combines academic excellence with practical insights into the construction and real estate industries. The program responds to the urgent need for sustainable transformation in a sector facing major challenges from climate change, ESG regulation, and resource scarcity.
