Application Requirements

OTH Regensburg welcomes both national and international applications. In order to apply, the following documents are necessary: General university entrance qualification If your qualification was achieved outside of Germany, please include the VPD | uni-assist evaluation report. If your native language is not English, please provide a language certificate (see below).

Language Requirements

German language level A2 is a pre-requisite for this degree programme. Accepted certificates of German language proficiency are as follows: Goethe telc ÖSD DSDI Applicants whose native language is not English are required to provide evidence of sufficient English proficiency in spoken and written language, using the certificates recognised by OTH Regensburg. At least level B1 should be demonstrated under the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. However, level B2 is strongly recommended to keep up with the tempo of the course. Accepted certificates of English language proficiency are as follows: IELTS certificate TOEFL certificate Cambridge Certificate, level B1 telc, level B1 PTE Pearson Academic Test certificate, level B1 Secondary or academic education completed in English (proof by means of a transcript of records or, if the language of instruction is not stated in the certificate, a "Medium of Instruction" certificate)
