Application Requirements

(1) Applicants must have a university entrance qualification in accordance with the Ordinance on Qualifications for Studies at Universities of the Free State of Bavaria and at state-recognised non-state universities (Qualification Ordinance – QualV), as amended. (2) Applicants must provide evidence of sufficient English language skills at level B1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or an equivalent language certificate. (3) Applicants who have not obtained their higher education entrance qualification at a German-speaking educational institution must provide evidence of sufficient knowledge of German at level A2 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR) or an equivalent language certificate. (4) An aptitude test may be part of the admission procedure in order to ensure the technical aptitude of applicants for the course of study in electrical engineering and information technology combined with language training. In this case, further details shall be regulated by the statutes on the aptitude assessment procedure.
