About the Program

The Executive MBA (EMBA) imparts evidence-based general management education with a focus on personal development and leadership to experienced executives, professionals, or managers. The program includes six core modules (Strategy & Organization, Organizational Change & Communication, Finance & Accounting, Innovation, Entrepreneurship & Digital Transformation, Stakeholder Management, Leadership & Cooperation) and additional elective modules, which can be customized in different specialization fields as well as an on-going personal leadership development. The program is compatible with professional and private responsibilities in that on-site courses run from Thursday to Tuesday.
